What is the Eligibility Criteria?
Organization must be a Registered Business, and must upload proof of this.
Business must not be more than 5 years in operation.
Manpower Size should not exceed 5.
If you do not meet this criteria, but have a strong business case to use the Solution, Register and send us an Email to automateafrica@sophiaerp.com for consideration..
How long will I have the Software for?
There is no end date for this. The objective of Automate Africa is to help businesses kick start their Digital Transformation journey.
Is it Cloud based?
Yes it is. You only need a Computer/Mobile System with a browser and internet connectivity.
How many Staff Records can I store on the Software?
A maximum of 5. If you require more user License, you will need to purchase a Commercial License.
How many Customers can I store on the Software?
A maximum of 500 Customers. If you require more Customers, you will need to purchase a Commercial License.
What happens after registration?
Upon registration, we will review and revert to you within 48 – 72 hours. Once successful and approved, you will be scheduled for an Online Training/Session on how to use the Software. Your Login credentials will also be sent to you for access afterwards

Yes, simply complete the Partner form and we will revert to you within 2 business days.
What are other requirements or expectations from me?
After the Training, we will continue relate with you from time to time to hear from you on your experience. This may include Emails, Phone Calls or Physical visit to your business premise as the case might require. You will be need to like and follow us on our designated Social Media handles.
